Booked online and thought all was well. But nooooo, they canceled last minute without a heads-up! Super frustrating and put a damper on my plans. Tried calling but only got voicemail. Need better customer care and backup plans if things go south. Not happy.

Yo, gotta say this place didn’t hook me up like I thought. Car was kinda dirty and smelled like it needed a quick wipe down, plus the pickup took forever. Felt like they didn’t care, bruh. Honestly, I’d prob look somewhere else next time I need a ride, this was a fail for me.
